She is a four time Laurence Olivier Award nominated actress (for LOVE STORY, ZORRO, MRS HENDERSON PRESENTS and HALF A SIXPENCE) and was the original Truly Scrumptious in CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG opposite Michael Ball at the Palladium.

In 2017 Emma won the What’s On Stage Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical and was also nominated for an Oliviers Award for the same category for her portrayal as the lead role of Helen in Cameron Mackintosh’s revival of HALF A SIXPENCE, which she transferred from Chichester to the West End.

Emma will next be seen on screen in THE LONG SHADOW for ITV.

Further screen credits include CORONATION STREET (ITV), DOCTORS (BBC1), SILENT WITNESS (BBC1), THE PAROLE OFFICER where she starred opposite Steve Coogan, and a lead regular in BLEAK HOUSE opposite Gillian Anderson for the BBC.

Emma played the lead role of Paula Pokrifki in the new musical OFFICER AND THE GENTLEMAN for the Leicester Curve/UK tour and also starred as Betty Haynes for the Curve’s production of WHITE CHRISTMAS. She has also played the role of Nellie Forbush in SOUTH PACIFIC for the Opéra de Toulon in France and Myrtle Wilson in GATSBY at Cadogan Hall.

Most recently, Emma has reprised her roles as Luisa in ZORRO and Jenny in LOVE STORY for a 10th Anniversary Reunion performance at Cadogan Hall alongside Michael D Xavier and in 2022 took part in a concert version of THE SECRET GARDEN as Lily.

Emma has been announced to play Pam in THE GOOD ENOUGH MUMS CLUB which will tour the UK in 2022/23.
