About Us

In 2005, Stuart Piper established Cole Kitchenn's Personal Management division. He is joined by agent Oliver Thomson, agent's assistant Jo Fell and assistant Lucy MarriottIn 2010, the agency became part of entertainment group The ROAR Group led by chairman Jonathan Shalit.

Our agency has gained a reputation for representing a select list of leading actors, actresses and creatives, individually nurturing and developing new and existing talent in Television, Film, Theatre & Radio, which we produce as well as manage.

Among our leading Stage talent are Tony, Olivier & Whatsonstage Award winning talent including Caroline O'Connor, Kim Criswell, Paul Baker, Frances Ruffelle, Graham Bickley, Leila Benn Harris, Rosemary Ashe, Robyn North, Ria Jones, Siobhan McCarthy and also Jonathan Ansell who was hailed as 'the Justin Timberlake of opera' after shooting to fame on The X-Factor in G4 before carving out a successful solo career with his album 'Forever' which topped the Classical Charts as well as reaching the Top 10 in the Pop Charts. Our straight actors work in theatre currently includes ENRON, Jerusalem, The Real Thing at the Old Vic, Pygmalion at the Manchester Royal Exchange, War Horse, Calendar Girls & The White Guard at the National. Our clients work prolifically at the National Theatre, Open Air Regents Park, the Globe, Royal Court, Almeida, Birmingham Rep, Scarborough, Belgrade Coventry, Theatre 503, Manchester Library, West Yorkshire Playhouse and Trafalgar Studios to name just a few, and at all quality regional reps and producing houses and companies.

Our list of Creative clients include TMA Award Winner Russell Labey who was Script Editor on the Oscar winning Milk and who's New Boy broke all box-office records, Mike Robertson who won the 2007 Olivier Award for Sunday in the Park with George and a 2010 Whatsonstage Award nomination for On The Waterfront, legendary choreographer Javier De Frutos who's evocative and controversial work has won him an Olivier Award & 3 nominations, and the prestigious South Bank Show Award, and Set & Costume Designer Christopher Woods, who's many West-End credits include Pygmalion (Old Vic, Theatre Royal Bath) and Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks (Theatre Royal Haymarket), and who received a TMA Award nomination for Once Upon a Time at the Adelphi at Liverpool Everyman. We have recently taken on several casting directors for representation, including Lucy Jenkins (Royal Shakespeare Company) and Sooki McShane (Skins) who together cast War Horse and Annelie Powell (Theatre 503, assistant at BBC Drama).

During the agency's life, we have produced many projects as vehicles for clients, including the forthcoming Caroline O'Connor: The Showgirl Within playing at the Garrick Theatre this September. We also produced New Boy starring Nicholas Hoult, adapted & directed by TMA Award winner Russell Labey and Lifecoach starring Phill Jupitus & Amy Darcy, both lit by Olivier Award winner Mike Robertson and designed by Jason Denvir and at the Trafalgar Studios, and previously Howard Goodall's Days of Hope at the King's Head starring Siobhan McCarthy, Victoria Yeates and Aimie Atkinson at the King's Head, choreographed by Tara Wilkinson & directed by Russell LabeySnoopy! at the New Players starred Sarah Lark & Clare Louise Connolly and was choreographed by Lizzi Gee. We also established and continue to produce the annual Whatsonstage.com Theatregoer's Choice Awards Show last held at the Prince of Wales Theatre, hosted by Sheridan Smith & James Corden, by Andrew Wright, sound design by Ben Harrison and musical supervision by Iain Vince-Gatt. The continued cross fertilisation between the production and personal management departments is a unique benefit to the Agency.

For commercial voice over we have recently affiliated with Harvey Voices, and continue to cater for radio drama & comedy.
